The BMW Z4 is a rear-wheel drive sports car by the German automaker BMW. Replacing the Z3, first-generation production started in 2002 at BMW's Spartanburg, South Carolina plant, with both roadster and coupe forms produced. Starting with the 2009 model year, the second-generation Z4 is built at BMW's Regensburg, Germany plant as a retractable hardtop roadster.

The BMW M5 is an ultra performance version of the BMW 5-Series automobile made by BMW Motorsport. First introduced at the Amsterdam Motor Show in 1984, the M5 has been made from various 5-Series versions throughout the years, including the E28, E34, E39 and most recently the E60. Originally, the M5 was hand-built utilizing the 535i chassis and a modified BMW M1 engine. When introduced, it was the fastest production sedan in the world.

The BMW X6 is a mid-size luxury crossover SUV released for sale in the second quarter of 2008 by German automaker BMW. The X6 combines the attributes of an SUV (high ground clearance, all wheel drive and all-weather ability, large wheels and tires) with the stance of a coupé (bold styling, dramatic sloping roof).

It is built in BMW's North American plant in Spartanburg, South Carolina alongside the BMW X5 whose platform it shares. It is dubbed a "Sports Activity Coupé" by BMW, and while slightly longer and wider than the X5, it is significantly lower and seats only four people.
The concept model debuted at the 2007 Frankfurt Auto Show. The production X6 officially debuted at the 2008 North American International Auto Show in Detroit and Montreal International Auto Show, respectively. A hybrid version, the BMW Concept X6 ActiveHybrid, which will be the first such vehicle from BMW, was also announced.

BMW 6 Series refers to two generations of automobile from BMW, both being based on their contemporary 5 Series sedans. The first was the E24, launched in 1976 to replace the 3.0CS & 3.0CSi (E9).

In 2003, BMW released the all new E63/E64 which was available as a coupé and convertible. Models were the BMW 645ci (later replaced with the BMW 650i) and the BMW 630i. The highest BMW performance 6 series is the BMW M6.

The BMW M3 is a high performance BMW M GmbH version of the popular BMW 3-Series compact automobile first introduced in 1986(BMW M3 E30). BMW M3 models have been derived from the E30, E36, E46 and E90/2/3 3-series.

Common upgrades over the "standard" BMW 3-Series automobiles include more powerful and responsive (yet at times smaller) engines, improved handling/suspension, more aggressive aerodynamics/body, and an interior/exterior accents with "M"/Motorsport nomenclature.

The BMW 5 Series is a mid-size luxury car executive car manufactured by BMW since 1972. The car, now in its fifth generation, is sold in sedan and touring body styles. On January 29, 2008, the 5 millionth 5 series, a 530d sedan in Carbon Black Metallic, was manufactured.

There have been five generations of the BMW 5 Series to date. To differentiate between them, they are referred to by their unique chassis numbers (EXX)

The BMW 5 Series began the BMW tradition of being named with a three-digit number. The first digit (5 in this case) represents the model, and the following two digits (usually) represent the size of the engine in deciliters, which is the main distinguishing difference. Additional letters or words may be added to the end of the three-digit number to define the fuel type (petrol or diesel), engine or transmission details, and the body style. The 'i' originally stood for (fuel) 'injection'.

Since May 1975, German car manufacturer, BMW had introduced the compact executive BMW 3 Series.

The BMW 3 Series is the successor to the BMW 2002 coupe, and has now been produced in five different version and a no less than five different body styles. The 3 Series is BMW's best selling automobile, accounting for nearly 40% of all automobiles sold by the company in 2005.

The 3 Series is the best selling foreign luxury sedan in the United States — 98,000 vehicles were sold in 2005

BMW 1 Series

The BMW 1 Series was first introduced to the market in 2004 as a five-door hatchback and is the only rear-wheel driven car in its class.

It replaced the BMW 3 Series Compact range and is currently the smallest and one of the most affordable vehicle in all series of BMW range.

Unlike its predecessor, the BMW 1 Series are built on its own platform (E87); however, the 1 Series shares many components with the E90 3 Series. Shared parts included are MacPherson struts in the front of the car and a trapezoidal-link rear axle. BMW has stated that the BMW 1 Series shares over 60% of components with the current E90 BMW 3 Series.

The BMW 1 Series are built in Leipzig and Regensburg, Germany.
